Introducing Winter Wonderland

On the 12th December, GLSE Scouts are hosting a Winter Wonderland event for Beavers and Cub Scouts packed full of things to do. For full details look at the event poster.

We are expecting that this event will be very popular across the County, to give you some idea there are 3,000 Beavers and Cubs in Greater London South East.  You will see that there are only 450 places available so if you want to be assured of a place for your Section please make sure you act very swiftly and get your admission form in asap.

Also note that if you specify on the admission form that you will be bringing, for example 20 Beavers/Cubs, then that is what you will have to pay for even if your number is less than that on the day, so careful consideration as to how many children you realistically think would attend is necessary.

Once your admission is successful you will be sent, either via email or post, a invitation to give out to your Beavers/Cubs along with a reply form they can use.

Upon receipt of the final amount in October you will receive:-  a map of the event area; a Workshop Village pass book; a Woodland Café voucher, and your drop off and pick up point and time.

Please pass this on to those people in your District/Group who may not receive this email for whatever reason.
