First Aid

First Aid in GLSE

The County can offer a First Aid Course which meets the requirements of M, C & W Forms, cover more than the First Response Course and provide the candidate with a certificate of attendance which satisfies the Emergency Life Support criteria for an Appointed Person in the workplace. These courses are of one day duration and can be run on District or at Group level.

In addition should sufficient interest be forthcoming from those completing the one day course then a further weekend course can be arranged (Friday evening to Sunday afternoon) to achieve a First Aid at Work qualification.
