Water Day

SATURDAY 6th JUNE

at DANSON PARK BEXLEYHEATH

10am – 3.00pm

The day is open to all members of the movement from 91/2  - 25yrs

ACTIVITIES

Kayaks

Canadian Canoeing

Breakers

SUPs

Topper Sailing

Participants will be able to try sailing, kayaking and canoeing under the guidance of qualified instructors.

To take part participants must :-

1. Be able to swim 50 metres, and comply with the Scout Associations swimming rules for water activities.

2. Wear suitable clothing for taking part in water activities.

3. Wear a lifejacket or buoyancy aid whilst on the water.

4. Wear a suitable pair of training shoes whilst boating.

Buoyancy aids will be available for all participants, 

Where Groups are able to provide their own buoyancy aids this would greatly assist the organisers.

The closing date is 15th May 

As spaces are limited you are advised to apply before the closing date.   ENTRIES ON THE DAY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

The cost of the day will be £8.50 per head.

Please include a large A4 stamped (large letter) addressed envelope with your application. Cheques should be made payable to Greater London South East Scout County.
